Riddle’s Jewelry Teams Up with Logicbroker to Transform Their Dropshipping Program

Logicbroker is excited to announce the successful onboarding of Riddle’s Jewelry to its platform. As a family-owned business renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship and customer service, Riddle’s Jewelry sought a solution to modernize and simplify its dropshipping operations.
In August, the company turned to Logicbroker to help integrate and automate its growing supplier network, ensuring seamless order processing and operational efficiency.
“We were looking for a solution that could put it all together,” said Josh Holsworth, eCommerce Director at Riddle’s Jewelry. “We wanted to automate things and put it all together from a working standpoint.”
After reviewing multiple options, Riddle’s Jewelry realized that Logicbroker was uniquely positioned to meet their needs. Many of Riddle’s suppliers were already partnered with Logicbroker, making the integration process smoother and more efficient.
Streamlining Operations with Logicbroker
From the start, Logicbroker provided Riddle’s Jewelry with a platform that was simple to implement, easy to use, and capable of handling the complexities of a growing dropshipping program.
“Everything worked well in the flow,” Holsworth said. “Between connecting our website and connecting with our suppliers, it all seemed very easy and organized. There weren’t any roadblocks from implementation.”
The onboarding process was equally seamless. The Logicbroker team provided comprehensive training, weekly check-ins, and support at every step. Holsworth said that he appreciates how easy of a platform Logicbroker is to use and learn. it’s an easy platform to learn and work on.
“The onboarding team was great and answered all of our questions. Even the weekly meetings we have where I could ask anything I wanted was great,” he said.
Suppliers quickly adapted to the platform as well. Initially, Riddle’s planned to onboard a few key suppliers, but the process was so efficient that they were able to add more rapidly. Today, 80% of their suppliers are live on Logicbroker, with the remaining vendors hanging back for a variety of reasons, namely the holiday season.
As it relates to the suppliers that are onboarded, Holsworth said that the Logicbroker platform is already making a difference for his team.
“Once we connected with our suppliers, we sat back and were like: ‘That’s it? That’s all we needed to do? We didn’t have to do all this manual work?’ We don’t have to lift a finger, and that’s what’s amazing with this process,” he said.
With the integration essentially complete, Riddle’s Jewelry has achieved its goal of automating orders and streamlining operations. The company is excited to continue building on this success, working towards fully onboarding all suppliers and maximizing the benefits of its partnership with Logicbroker.
