Improved Native Connectors, A New Supplier Finance System, & Improved Workflows Make Up Logicbroker’s Q4 Product Enhancements

As Logicbroker closes out a successful 2024, our Q4 product enhancements looked to improve upon our already industry-leading offering of native connectors and introduce more streamlined workflows for those enjoying our portal. And, for our suppliers, Logicbroker recently partnered with Kanmon to offer Logicbroker’s Flexible Financing option.
This quarter also brought a flurry of new connectivity opportunities with unique partners like Flip and Kibo, as well as connectors to industry-leading marketplaces like Walmart Marketplace. With so much filling out our Q4 product enhancements, we’ve brought in Product Manager, Heather Sinisgalli, and VP of Digital Commerce, Steve Norris, to provide some additional background on the changes clients, both existing and upcoming, can expect.
Eliminating Integration Barriers with New & Improved Connectors
At Logicbroker, we strongly believe in and support our client’s desire to connect with any marketplace, retailer, or partner they choose within our platform. To help facilitate limitless connection opportunities, Logicbroker announced our certification as an Approved Solutions Provider for Walmart Marketplace.
Unlike legacy Walmart connectors, Logicbroker provides automation for product listings on the Walmart Marketplace. Instead of relying on manual touchpoints between two programs, simply login with your Walmart Marketplace username and password to enjoy seamless, automated integrations between our two platforms.
Our robust API quickly connects and communicates information for order management, inventory, and shipping in real time and at higher volumes. Logicbroker’s enhanced Walmart Marketplace connector also ensures automated product listing, receiving/return notifications, and return receipts.
New Partnership Highlights
In addition to our Walmart Marketplace enhancement, Logicbroker recently unveiled new partnership opportunities with Kibo Commerce and Flip Shopping.
Kibo and Logicbroker’s partnership was already built upon robust OMS and commerce solutions, enabling joint customers to experience frictionless multi-vendor commerce, expand their assortment, and reach fulfillment growth targets. Now, we have a connector in place to help future customers utilize both our solutions without the need for additional resources.
In the future, joint clients utilizing our built Kibo connector will be able to bridge our two platforms together to create a more seamless experience. Logicbroker and Kibo have worked together on several joint clients thus far in our partnership before our connector was in place; Ace Hardware has seen a 279% increase in digital revenue growth, while Boscov’s has seen a 40% in-store upsell rate on BOPIS purchases.
On the… Flip… side, Logicbroker and Flip Shopping have worked closely together to provide a frictionless pathway to marketplace sales. Flip’s unique content-driven marketplace provides Logicbroker supplier clients with the ability to effortlessly sell on Flip, while remaining in their Logicbroker ecosystem. Logicbroker and Flip provide the fastest way to capture new audiences, expand revenue, and quickly open sales channels through a new content-driven marketplace.
Connector Enhancements
Our Shopify connector got a boost in Q4 with the addition of customizable fields and SKU checkers. Specifically, we’ve added the “Check Products” button on our native connector for suppliers to see total products, total products tagged, active and available to import, number of duplicate SKUs, and number of missing SKUs without having to open detailed reports.
This “Check Products” button was also added to our Squarespace native connector, ensuring clients utilizing any of our most prevalent connectors can enjoy easy product information.
Additionally, our customizable fields make the fields configurable that are being passed to Shopify from the Logicbroker Portal. Previously, the connector was only sending updates for a handful of fields, and now our connector provides the ability to configure these fields, depending on the client needs.
These configurable fields are now commonplace across our native connectors, including our Magento/Adobe Commerce connector, which saw a similar update in Q4.
Introducing Flexible Financing
To help our supplier clients, and those looking for low monthly payments, transparent pricing and fees, and no prepayment penalties on loans, Logicbroker has partnered with Kanmon, a licensed business lender founded by a team with deep financial technology experience. Kanmon is ubiquitous in our industry and provided a great framework for our new offering—Flexible Financing.
Our latest offering is built upon four fundamental goals—Fast Funding, Flexible Terms, Easy Payments, and Rapid Enrollment. For those who’ve already signed up with Flexible Financing, their terms were finalized in one business day and included multiple offers based on their cash flow and business history with Logicbroker.
In addition, enrollment was simplified into a single three-step process that involved logging into their Logicbroker account, getting approved, and getting paid within one day of their request. Kanmon’s embedded lending business model ensures that our clients aren’t removed from Logicbroker in any step of the process, ensuring that our systems are closely linked for maximum efficiency.
Improving Our Platform & Workflows
Logicbroker’s Connected Commerce Network® delivers an innovative platform that brings together thousands of suppliers into a single, seamless partner discovery ecosystem, enabling effortless and rapid connections between suppliers, retailers, and marketplaces across the globe. But, there is always room for improvement!
Our Q4 update to the CCN introduces the ability to quickly find partners who are considered top-sellers based on performance over the last 30 days, utilizing our Q3 update, supplier badges. With badges, which are based on a myriad of categories including on-time fulfillment and cancellation rates, we are now allowing retailers to filter and find partners based on those badges and ratings.
In addition, our product team rolled out several updates to performance and usability features to improve functionality, as well as reformatting the icons on supplier cards to help with overall performance.
In a similar vein, our Product Onboarding Center has seen a flurry of product enhancements over the course of the quarter, starting with the ability for retailer catalog delivery using SFTP. As many of our product enhancements come from client request, this POC enhancement was requested by our clients and introduced in the same quarter.
The Product Onboarding Center also saw these improvements:
- The ability for retailers to import products into UI to assist with enhancing catalog data and bringing it back into the portal
- Support for simultaneous product imports in the UI
- Drag and drop image reordering in the portal
- Check for Parent SKU uniqueness
- Updated category template to improve supplier experience for optional fields
Our last enhancement of the quarter comes from the listings management side of our portal operations. In Q4, we introduced the ability to pull products from supplier catalogs when posting to marketplaces, giving retailers the ability to list and delist right from the product page.
Since almost every customer relies on our native connectors to marketplaces, partners, OMSs, workflow systems, and more, Logicbroker wanted to make sure that product, inventory, and quantity information was available across every channel without worry.
