As part of Logicbroker’s ongoing commitment to innovation and meeting the evolving needs of our users, we have introduced several enhancements designed to improve the efficiency and performance of our tools and platform. With enhancements to our portal navigation, user experience interfaces, and onboarding suite, the Logicbroker portal continues to revolutionize the way our customers and their suppliers effortlessly connect and grow.
Without further ado, here are the Logicbroker Q1 release highlights:
Continuing To Enhance Navigation
Available for all users
We’ve recently unveiled several exciting enhancements to our platform’s user interface. With a refreshed navigation menu and updates to a few page names, users will more easily locate pages within the portal. These updates are the direct result of feedback from our Customer Advisory Board and user requests.
Users can now quickly toggle between environments and access all support tickets directly from the Help section of the Logicbroker portal. Additionally, we’ve worked hard to consolidate all reporting pages in a single, convenient location so users can view data reports more efficiently and leverage additional reporting tools.
For the nearly 9,000 suppliers in our network, we’ve moved Document Settings from the Account Information page to a dedicated page under ‘Settings’ alongside a similar configuration page.

Sweeping User Experience Updates
Available for all users
As part of our commitment to modernizing communications between partners, Users can now optimize operations within the Messages page. This gives retailers, brands, and suppliers the ability to apply bulk changes to messages from partners, continuing to reduce the manual input needed to run their operations.

Additionally, Retailers can now self-service vendor sourcing by inputting their partner’s vendor ID directly into the portal. This feature allows for efficiency, visibility, control, and time savings during the onboarding process and gives retailers further control over their commerce system.
Access Data You Need Faster Than Ever
Available for all users
Users can now easily access referenced documents directly from notifications delivered by email and from the events page, facilitating smoother navigation and immediate action. With the addition of an export button on the events page, users can extract event information for use in internal tracking and process optimization.
This update not only offers better insights into event data, especially regarding failures but also accelerates error handling, ensuring swift order processing and timely delivery to end customers. Whether it’s reports, fulfillment management, or vendor scorecards, data can be accessed faster than ever before on the Logicbroker portal.
The Best Vendor Onboarding Just Got Even Faster
