Implementation Consultant
As an Implementation Project Consultant, you will be a part of our Professional Services team which is responsible for integrating our customers into the Logicbroker platform. This role combines the project management skillset with the technical skillset needed for successful project implementations. You will function as the subject matter expert for all projects you are involved with. You will interact with customers all while utilizing a variety of project management strategies to complete projects according to defined criteria while holding stakeholders responsible. Additionally, our ideal candidate will have strong people skills with the ability to listen and speak to our customers with the goal of translating their needs into specific actions and solutions. A key component of our customers’ growth depends on you creating the best configurations for our customers. You will collaborate directly with various teams including Product, Software Development, Sales, Operations and Customer Experience.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate projects to ensure on-time completion for new and existing customers.
- Develop and manage customer milestones (technical, implementation, testing, onboarding, go live)
- Identify key internal and external stakeholders to proactively collaborate with to ensure consistency and progress.
- Design and implement solutions to provide value for our customers as quickly, reliably, and correctly as possible.
- Develop, test, and maintain client workflows, business rules, data validations, mappings, test cases, client specifications and product assortment within the Logicbroker portal, providing documentation as needed.
- Conduct end-to-end testing for our customers within our environments and promote code and configurations to production for go-live.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and solve customer production support tickets effectively and efficiently.
- Support the technical onboarding and ongoing maintenance of VIP clients and their vendors.
- Utilize Logicbroker best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project life cycle.
- Make recommendations to enhance and coordinate process improvements throughout the project life cycle.
