About The Position – Client Operations Specialist
Logicbroker is looking for someone who can become an expert on our Client Operations team. Our team has a proven track record of delivering a best-in-class client experience, and we have the proof via our customer satisfaction ratings (+98%). This person plays a critical role in ensuring customers have a seamless and successful experience with Logicbroker’s products and services. This position focuses on guiding new customers and vendors through the onboarding process, setting them up for success, and providing ongoing support to address their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance with day-to-day inquiries, escalated issues, and ad-hoc requests through email, phone, and chat.
· Leverage the company’s software platform to seamlessly onboard and configure accounts for new customers and vendors.
· Identify, triage, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams within the organization to ensure timely resolution.
· Proactively monitor internal tools and systems to anticipate and address operational or client-related concerns before they impact the customer experience.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to complete tasks and initiatives that support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Essential Skills, Experience & Education:

· Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
· At least 2 years previous experience in customer or technical support required, particularly related to drop ship operations, eCommerce platforms, communicating with 3rd parties, and EDI systems and documents
· Familiarity with SaaS companies and internal workflows
