The Top Product Enhancements of 2024

Logicbroker had a busy year in 2024, pushing out product enhancements that catapulted our dropship & curated marketplace offerings. Kicking off the year with Logicbroker’s acquisition of Cortina, Logicbroker continued to innovate our go-to-market capabilities with speed-to-market enhancements. 

Now, Logicbroker customers can enjoy unlimited native connectors, a rapidly growing Connected Commerce Network® and dozens of new features that make everyday eCommerce operations as smooth as possible within the Logicbroker portal. 

In no particular order, here are our top product enhancements of 2024:

Updating our Vendor Scorecard Capabilities

Logicbroker continued to innovate our portal with powerful enhancements to our Reporting & Collaboration tools, designed to optimize transparency and performance across our client’s eCommerce ecosystem. 

A significant upgrade was made to our Vendor Scorecards, introducing a new graph feature that enables retailers and suppliers to track and analyze order line cancellations. This new capability allows users to visualize the reasons behind cancellations over a specified period, offering valuable insights to address underlying issues, minimize future cancellations, and reduce lost sales.

Revitalizing & Enhancing the Connected Commerce Network®


The Connected Commerce Network® launched as a way to showcase a curated set of dedicated suppliers for retailer clients. Over the years, and as our platform has grown, we realized there was room to not only enhance the interface but dramatically change the insights both retailers and suppliers can gain into their partners via the CCN. 

In June, we launched our reimagined Connected Commerce Network® to allow retailers and marketplace operators to search and connect with thousands of suppliers who can quickly help expand their assortment. Via numerous native integrations, suppliers can quickly connect, sell, and manage their commerce program through the Logicbroker portal or whatever platform they so choose. 

The Benefits of the Connected Commerce Network

When looking at CCN, we discovered three key benefits for retailers and suppliers on the Logicbroker Portal:

Fundamentally, the CCN was designed with curated quality in mind. When looking at our network of thousands of ready suppliers, retailers have the peace of mind that every single supplier was vetted before joining our network. 

  • Quickly and Easily Organizes All Supplier Documents

Most importantly to many retailer partners, the CCN also provides a single pane of glass for all supplier connections. Instead of logging into dozens of portals or email accounts, CCN consolidates invoices, contracts, and orders to ensure proper documentation isn’t lost. 

  • Dramatically Increase Order Value and Lifetime Customer Value

For those already utilizing the CCN, Logicbroker discovered the dramatic increase in order value and lifetime customer value the network provides. Without having to navigate different connection points, or manually upload product information, suppliers and retailers see an immense benefit in a single connection point that onboards new suppliers and products in minutes, rather than weeks-old legacy platforms provide.

Reimagining Native Squarespace & Shopify Connectors


Logicbroker unveiled two redesigned commerce connectors in 2024 that took existing native connectors and enhanced them with innovative features that allow clients to rapidly expand their product capabilities. 

Our enhanced Shopify connector, and brand-new Squarespace connector, further solidified that Logicbroker has the best-in-class Multi-Vendor Commerce platform for eCommerce connections. 

Logicbroker already offered flexible commerce connections to ensure every supplier in a retailer’s network would be connected to the Logicbroker Portal at no additional cost regardless of technical sophistication or type of connection. Now, with our enhanced Shopify and Squarespace connectors, suppliers don’t even have to leave their known portal to do business with Logicbroker customers. 

Shopify Simplified

Shopify is used by 2.1 million active organizations per day. As by far the largest eCommerce platform on the market, Logicbroker understood the importance of enhancing our native connector. Now, Shopify customers can enjoy an even further level of integration by simply linking Logicbroker’s portal into your Shopify selling environment. 

What this means is that suppliers utilizing the Shopify platform can connect with Logicbroker customers and retail partners through Shopify without leaving that platform. Tag products for Logicbroker and enjoy a native transfer of data. Vice versa, those who utilize the Logicbroker Portal can sync Shopify data into the Logicbroker Portal to enjoy the same level of detail.

Native Squarespace Connections

In a similar vein, Logicbroker launched a Squarespace connector to help the over 4.91 million active Squarespace users. Where our Squarespace connection differs, however, is in its simplicity. Because Squarespace customers tend to be focused, smaller suppliers, Logicbroker built our connection to ensure that, regardless of technical sophistication, any retailer bringing on Squarespace suppliers can easily connect. 

We never want to make it difficult for our retailer or marketplace clients to connect with their suppliers, and now, via Squarespace, we are ensuring that clients can enjoy access to the smaller suppliers that are creating new social media trends faster than ever before. 

Continued Connector Enhancements

Over the course of 2024, we improved both of these connectors as well with various updates. Our Shopify connector got a boost in Q4 with the addition of customizable fields and SKU checkers. Specifically, we’ve added the “Check Products” button on our native connector for suppliers to see total products, total products tagged, active and available to import, number of duplicate SKUs, and number of missing SKUs without having to open detailed reports. 

This “Check Products” button was also added to our Squarespace native connector, ensuring clients utilizing any of our most prevalent connectors can enjoy easy product information. 

Additionally, our customizable fields make the fields configurable that are being passed to Shopify from the Logicbroker Portal. Previously, the connector was only sending updates for a handful of fields, and now our connector provides the ability to configure these fields, depending on the client needs.

These configurable fields are now commonplace across our native connectors, including our Magento/Adobe Commerce connector, which saw a similar update in Q4. 

Becoming an Approved Solutions Provider for Walmart


We strongly believe in and support our client’s desire to connect with any marketplace, retailer, or partner they choose within our platform. To help facilitate limitless connection opportunities, Logicbroker announced our certification as an Approved Solutions Provider for Walmart Marketplace

Unlike legacy Walmart connectors, Logicbroker provides automation for product listings on the Walmart Marketplace. Instead of relying on manual touchpoints between two programs, simply login with your Walmart Marketplace username and password to enjoy seamless, automated integrations between our two platforms. 

Our robust API quickly connects and communicates information for order management, inventory, and shipping in real time and at higher volumes. Logicbroker’s enhanced Walmart Marketplace connector also ensures automated product listing, receiving/return notifications, and return receipts.

Partnering with Wayfair

In 2024, Logicbroker became a preferred integration partner with Wayfair, revolutionizing the way suppliers connect and operate on the platform. Our robust API facilitated seamless communication for order management, inventory updates, and shipping in real time and at scale. This partnership enabled Wayfair suppliers to access the full API suite through Logicbroker, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency with exclusive benefits.

Through this collaboration, suppliers experienced significant improvements in operational accuracy and efficiency. Integrating with Wayfair via Logicbroker provided real-time data updates, keeping suppliers instantly informed about orders and cancellations. Automated order management, shipping, and logistics replaced manual tasks, reducing errors and freeing up resources for strategic growth initiatives.

Additionally, Logicbroker’s rapid onboarding capabilities allowed suppliers to integrate quickly and bring their products to market faster. By minimizing delays, suppliers maximized revenue opportunities and stayed ahead of market trends. Our partnership with Wayfair in 2024 marked a pivotal step in simplifying eCommerce operations for businesses of all sizes.

Dashboard Enhancement

In early Q3, we rolled out significant updates aimed at improving visibility through enhanced dashboard functionality and onboarding processes. These upgrades empower users to focus on the most relevant data and streamline their workflows for optimized business operations.

Our refreshed Portal Dashboard now brings Standard Reporting features directly into the dashboard, offering support for widgets and pre-built add-ons. Users can enjoy a custom-built experience tailored to the needs of suppliers and retailers alike, while the newly enhanced interface, with its softer color palette, improves the user experience. This customization ensures users can display critical data, take necessary actions, and create a smoother, more efficient flow within their organizations.

Partner Management Center


This latest management tool is built directly in the Logicbroker portal and allows retailers to manage partners effortlessly via information sharing and data storage. With the Partner Management Center, retailers can activate & suspend partner selling relationships, map roles and manage contacts for their various supplier groups, find local warehouses, and more. 

This level of granular partner visibility allows Logicbroker clients to efficiently and quickly manage all aspects of their commerce program to deliver the experiences their customers demand. 

Protecting Your Brand

Most importantly with the Partner Management Center, Logicbroker wanted to provide further ways for retailer clients to protect their brand. With some retailers hosting hundreds of suppliers, managing their complete ecosystem can be next to impossible. With the Partner Management Center, Logicbroker looked to build a complete view of a retailer’s supplier partnership. 

Through the portal, retailers can now curate all contact information for each supplier’s key contacts, keep track of total supplier performance via pre-built scorecards, and manage all warehouse channels through just the PMC. For suppliers, the management center also allows you to showcase your commitment and ensure your performance is meeting expectations. 

Furthermore, the PMC provides a single access point for all supplier communications to specific parties involved. We all know how tedious it can be to find the correct point of contact when trying to resolve an issue. With PMC, retailers and suppliers can ensure that only the correct parties will be listed under specific departments to ensure every single issue is quickly and effortlessly resolved.

Product Onboarding Center Enhancements


Our Product Onboarding Center has seen a flurry of product enhancements over the course of the year, starting with the ability for retailer catalog delivery using SFTP. As many of our product enhancements come from client request, this POC enhancement was requested by our clients and introduced in the same quarter. 

The Product Onboarding Center also saw these improvements:

  • The ability for retailers to import products into UI to assist with enhancing catalog data and bringing it back into the portal
  • Support for simultaneous product imports in the UI 
  • Drag and drop image reordering in the portal
  • Check for Parent SKU uniqueness
  • Updated category template to improve supplier experience for optional fields

Flexible Financing


To help our supplier clients, and those looking for low monthly payments, transparent pricing and fees, and no prepayment penalties on loans, Logicbroker has partnered with Kanmon, a licensed business lender founded by a team with deep financial technology experience. Kanmon is ubiquitous in our industry and provided a great framework for our new offering—Flexible Financing. 

Our latest offering is built upon four fundamental goals—Fast Funding, Flexible Terms, Easy Payments, and Rapid Enrollment. For those who’ve already signed up with Flexible Financing, their terms were finalized in one business day and included multiple offers based on their cash flow and business history with Logicbroker. 

In addition, enrollment was simplified into a single three-step process that involved logging into their Logicbroker account, getting approved, and getting paid within one day of their request. Kanmon’s embedded lending business model ensures that our clients aren’t removed from Logicbroker in any step of the process, ensuring that our systems are closely linked for maximum efficiency.
