Justin Hartanov
CEO

With over 15 years of experience in the private equity space, Justin Hartanov is Logicbroker’s Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Justin is responsible for creating, leading, and executing the company’s strategy and vision. Hartanov brings a demonstrated ability to effectively scale organizations with a core focus on building client-driven organizations. As Chief Commerical Officer of Syndigo, the industry leader in PIM and MDM solutions, Hartanov led the organization’s go-to-market function through transformative growth for more than five years. In leadership roles at Market Track, Justin led global teams across North America, Europe, Asia Pac, and South America, showcasing his ability to navigate diverse markets and cultures.
Justin lives with his wife and two children in Chicago with their lovable Bernedoodle named Cali. Justin played college baseball at Davidson College and is an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs and the Chicago Bears. In his spare time, Justin enjoys cooking and coaching his kids’ baseball and softball. He especially cherishes spending time in Punta Mita, Mexico, where his family enjoys surfing, swimming, and golfing.
With over 30 years of experience in strategy, product innovation, and operations for SaaS and eCommerce solutions, Mark is the President of Logicbroker. In this role, Mark leads our strategy, product management, engineering, and project management teams to ensure alignment with our commercial and customer engagement organizations. Having successfully operated and scaled multiple private equity companies, Mark leverages his deep experiences in M&A, digital media, syndicated data, ethical cultures, and professional consulting to ensure Logicbroker is innovating and delivering increasing value for our customers. Previously, Mark has served in multiple Chief Product Officer roles for Syndigo, the leading MDM/PIM and product content syndication solution, and Numerator, a leading omni-channel shopper and eCommerce media analytics solution. Mark was also a Partner at Accenture, where he led global-scale supply chain and eCommerce transformation initiatives for large enterprise clients.
Mark graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering, and currently resides in Nashville with his wife, two sons, and three dogs. With his time away from work, he enjoys golf and boating at Lake Oconee, volunteering at the Humane Society animal shelter, and hitting the slopes for skiing when the snow flies.
Bringing 15 years of sales leadership experience with him, Andrew is Logicbroker’s Chief Revenue Officer. He leads Logicbroker’s Global commercial teams across Sales, Client Success, Customer Experience Operations, Solutions Engineering, and Training & Enablement. Andrew focuses on unifying and executing Logicbroker’s growth and retention strategies, leading to valuable customer experiences pre- and post-sale. Before joining Logicbroker, Andrew led Syndigo’s U.S. sales team as SVP of Client & Business Development as well as holding commercial leadership roles at Market Track including SVP of Client Development.
Andrew lives in Richmond, Virginia, with his wife and two children. He’s an avid Washington, D.C. sports fan and spends his non-working time enjoying being a dad and getting a good workout in. Andrew holds a degree in Biology from Davidson College and can usually be found in his backyard doing yard work or, with his family enjoying a summer beach trip.
With over 15 years of experience in marketing leadership across many unique SaaS verticals, Patrick Niersbach is Logicbroker’s Chief Marketing Officer. As CMO, Pat is responsible for leading the marketing department at Logicbroker driving a new focus on demand gen and digital marketing within the organization. Before joining Logicbroker, Pat was the CMO of Traxero, a leading vertical SaaS company. Pat has also held multiple marketing leadership roles across leading retail tech providers such as Syndigo and InContext Solutions. Pat’s comprehensive knowledge of the marketing strategies required to establish Logicbroker as the market leader will help simultaneously leverage the analytics needed to optimize campaign performance, driving true growth for the organization.
Outside of work, Pat enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids in Chicago while acting as the self-appointed, “Tailgate King,” for his hometown Chicago Bears. Pat went to the University of Iowa and continues to enjoy a suburban Chicago lifestyle.
Blair Hall
Vice President of Client Experience
We always have our employees’ backs. I saw this quote recently, and I’ve been using it a lot lately when talking to people here at Logicbroker: ‘If people around you are afraid of making mistakes you will never truly get the best out of them.
As Logicbroker’s living knowledge base and a leader of three key teams, Blair Hall was one of the original employees at the company. She began her Logicbroker career 9 years ago and has helped in a variety of roles before becoming Logicbroker’s Vice President of Client Experience. Blair is responsible for overseeing the CX Operations and Onboarding teams, as well as the newly formed Client Success team at Logicbroker. Blair is Logicbroker’s shining star for new and prospective customers. She credits her time as a student athlete for instilling a deep-rooted mindset of team collaboration and dedication in all aspects of her work.
Blair holds a Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. When she isn’t meeting with new customers, Blair loves spending time with her husband of 13 years and her two daughters. Assuming she isn’t taking calls from their family RV, Blair will most likely be exploring new places or coaching her daughters in softball.
Chip Sockwell
Vice President of Technology & Product
You hear it a lot, but company culture makes a big difference if you’re having a bad week. I love the problem set we are trying to solve and working with the Logicbroker team every day. I am here because I want to be here.
As one of Logicbroker’s longest-standing employees, Chip Sockwell brought over 20 years of experience in software engineering and architecture and is now our Vice President of Product Management. As VP of Product Management, Chip is responsible for being the voice of the eCommerce industry while steering our company and functionality in the right direction. Chip works closely with our customers to ensure our products, design, and strategy match their needs. In the beginning, Chip helped design and build Logicbroker’s API and cloud technology.
Chip graduated from the University of Connecticut and can now be found either soaking up the sun on a Florida beach or enjoying a relaxing cruise through warm waters on his boat.
Steve Norris
Vice President of Digital Commerce
I pride myself on helping organizations achieve transformative business results through technology. I like to get my hands dirty and work alongside my team. Sales engineering is hard work because you are involved in many aspects of the business, but at the end of the day it all comes down to doing what you say you’re going to do and doing it well.
With a 20-year career built in eCommerce supply chain and commerce network technologies, Steve Norris is Logicbroker’s Vice President of Digital Commerce. As VP, Steve is responsible for leading a team of sales engineers that support the sales and customer success teams by providing both strong technical acumen and ever-evolving eCommerce and supply chain industry knowledge. Steve and his team act as Logicbroker’s core knowledge base helping customers and prospects get the most value out of Logicbroker’s platform. Steve prides himself and his team on being the glue that holds Logicbroker’s systems together melding the theoretical with the practical.
Steve has a degree from DeVry University. He can be found in his free time working out a tune to his latest song or enjoying a new craft beer. Steve has played a variety of cool venues including The Bluebird Cafe in Nashville.
With over a decade of experience in managing finances across various industries, Andrea Degnan is Logicbroker’s Senior Director of Finance. As Senior Director, Andrea is responsible for hardening the company’s financial controls and processes, optimizing financial performance, and driving growth and innovation for our customers. Andrea brings a proven track record of building strong financial foundations for high-growth businesses and executing financial strategies. Prior to her current position, Andrea spent several years at Logicbroker in multiple finance roles helping the organization better analyze, monitor, and track strategic financial data.
Andrea graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration & Accounting, and a Master’s in Accounting. Andrea, her husband, and two children currently reside in Connecticut. In their free time, the family loves to travel and spend time chasing around their young daughters.
